You might be wondering as to why the stinking rich duo of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor might have resorted to anything looking at the headline but here is the true story. We are talking about their bid to buy the Pune Team for the next season of the IPL cricket tournament.
Apparently, the love birds lost the bid to the giant Sahara group and the reason stated for that happens to be the amount. Saif was heard saying that investing nearly $ 370 million is not a very business worthy proposal though they are quite passionate about cricket and its bond with glamour.
Just sometime ago, the news was that Saif was upset with the change of rules for IPL bidding and didn’t want to go for it but ultimately he did. For now, both of them would have to wait for another chance and it remains to be seen which will be the lucky team that will fit their purse. |
