Shraddha Das isn’t among the newbie’s who take pleasure in being termed as a glamour babe. Instead she prefers being called an ‘actress’. The leggy lass who sizzled in few Telugu films with her glam quotient, made her debut in Warner Bros and Sai Om Films’ Lahore says, “I want to carve a niche in the industry and I feel blessed to have gotten a film like Lahore as my debut itself. It couldn’t get any better.” But doesn’t she feel Lahore being a film based on kickboxing will prove to be more male centric? “I am not a sidekick in the film. There are certain films from which if you remove the actress, it doesn’t make a difference. But in Lahore, my role links many crucial things and is thus consequential.”
