TV News readers have realized that it is important to have high level contacts to secure their jobs, moreover the nexus between journalists and politicians is well known. Take the case of a popular newsreader in a Telugu news channel. The lady started moving around with a popular state based politician who is an MP. It all started innocuously though the intentions of the politician were always clear.

The newsreader slowly started getting close to the guy, and gradually love and romance developed. Today two years down the line the lady is his keep. The two move closely and have been spotted many times in Delhi. They are free when they are not in Hyderabad. Its win-win scenario for them! The lady gets what all she wants, money jewellery and what have you. The guy on the other hand gets all the free publicity.

Many including the politician's wife know of this affair, but all are keeping quiet for obvious reasons.
