The shooting of Sushant's Current (Telugu), directed by Suryaprathap and produced by Chintalapudi Sreenivas Rao and A. Naga Susheela, is progressing at a brisk pace.
The makers were recently in Bangkok for a week to can a song and now plan to shoot an introduction song from April 29 in Hyderabad. Another song is planned on Sushant and Sneha Ullal from May 4 onwards in Annapurna Studios.The audio will be launched in the first week of May. Current is the second film by Sushant, nephew of Nagarjuna; his first was Kalidasu.Charan Raj, Sunil, Brahmanandam, Thanikella Bharani, Raghu Babu, Kondavalasa, Shafi, Sudha and Jhansi are in the supporting star cast. Vijay C. Kumar handles the camera while Marthand K. Venkatesh handles the editing. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director.The fights are choreographed by Kanal Kannan; story and screenplay have been penned by Surya Pratap. Art is handled by Narayana Reddy. Annapurna Studios is presenting the movie which will hit screens by the third week of May.
