2010 is turning into an eventful year for Venkatesh. His first release of the year, ‘Namo Venkatesa’ did well at the box office and he has signed two more films which floors later this year. One of this has been tentatively titled ‘Ganga’ and it will be directed by Amma Rajasekhar. The other film is a remake of a blockbuster Kannada film, ‘Aptharakshaka’ which was directed by P.Vasu. The film which is a sequel of ‘Chandramukhi’, will be produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. Apart from all these films, Venkatesh is set to move to a new house near Manikonda. He currently lives in Film Nagar. The new house is being constructed in a 2 acre plot near Manikonda. The house will have a special kitchen garden to grow organically. Looks like Venkatesh is keen on taking extra care of his health
